SAIC Concern Has New Electric Sedan
The Chinese concern SAIC has presented the new electric sedan Rising Auto F7. The distinctive feature of the new model is that it is equipped with replaceable batteries. The cost of the car starts from $ 30.5 thousand at the current exchange rate.
Rising Auto F7 is a full-size attractive large sedan with a coupe-like body shape, retractable door handles and an opening hood with tilt. The length of the electric car is 5000 mm, width - 1953 mm, and height - 1494 mm with a wheelbase of 3000 mm.
The new SAIC sedan received a whole set of different sensors. There are also ultrasonic radars, cameras, and a LiDAR scanner. In total, the electric car has 32 different sensors.
Let's pay attention to the interior of the car. The front panel of the Rising Auto F7 is just a giant screen. By the way, it is very similar to the MBUX hyperscreen from Mercedes-Benz.
The panel consists of three displays: a 10.25-inch digital dashboard, a 15.05-inch main touch screen of the infotainment system and a 12.3-inch display for the front passenger.
Rising Auto F7 in the basic version is equipped with an electric motor installed on the rear axle with a capacity of 340 hp and 450 Nm of torque and is powered by a battery with a capacity of 64 kWh.
Above is a complete set with the same electric motor and a 77 kW triple battery.an hour, which provides a power reserve of up to 576 km on the CLTC cycle. A version with a single 340-horsepower engine is also offered with a 90 kW battery an hour, which will provide a power reserve of up to 666 km.
As for the top-end configuration, it has two electric motors with a total capacity of 544 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque and a battery for 90 kWh.
