Legendary British Brand EV Hatchback Been Presented

The famous Vanwall brand returns and prepares a new Vandervell S model. The electric car will go on sale from the third quarter of this year at a price of 128,000 euros and a total of 500 such cars will be produced.

The British brand Vanwall became famous in the 50s and 60s for its racing models, which won even in Formula 1. Now it has been revived, but cars will be produced in Germany, and the emphasis will be on electric cars and hybrids.

The new Vanwall Vandervell S is an electric hatchback with a restrained faceted design in the spirit of Lancia Delta. It has a long hood, a high window line and pronounced extended wheel arches. The car received a carbon body kit and retractable door handles. 22-inch wheels are standard.

The electric car will be offered in two four-wheel drive versions. Vanwall Vandervell S is equipped with a 320-horsepower installation: it accelerates to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and has a power reserve of 450 km

The top version is 580-horsepower and starts up to a hundred in 3.4 seconds. Its power reserve is less - 420 km. The battery parameters are not disclosed yet: according to preliminary data, it was borrowed by Hyundai IONIQ 5 or KIA EV6.
