One day after opening its first East Coast Megacharger in Conley, Georgia, Tesla opened another in the state at a Pilot travel center in Ellabell, near Savannah. It is the first site under the Tesla–Pilot partnership and has six stalls.
Pilot says 12 more heavy-duty sites are under construction. The next was scheduled to open October 9 at a Flying J in Tulare, California. Each stall delivers up to 1.2 MW, which lets a Semi recover about 60% of its charge in 30 minutes
