FSD is now “Tesla Assisted Driving” in Europe (Oct 9). Tesla has officially renamed it across the continent, and its European websites now show the new name. The trigger was Germany. Germany’s Transport Ministry revealed Tesla offered the new name in talks where both sides agreed the system may drive up to 10 percent over the speed limit. Sweden and France have raised concerns about FSD exceeding speed limits, and an EU vote expected for October has been pushed back to at least December.
