  North Campus activation: GeoPier foundation equipment is now on site, signaling the start of structural work for the initial ~2M sq ft Advanced Technology Fab — Phase 1 of the ambitious Terafab project. This joint Tesla + SpaceX + xAI semiconductor initiative (valued in the $20-25B range) aims to secure next-gen AI chips for vehicles, Optimus, and future orbital data centers. Full campus expansion targets over 5.2M sq ft of new space. 

   Cybertruck ramp: Despite a temporary Model Y line pause for upgrades, Cybertruck General Assembly is accelerating. Strong order backlog (fueled by the recent $59,990 promo) has production picking up significantly — enough to keep the line busy for 18+ months.
   Test track progress: A dedicated new track complex on the southwest corner is rapidly taking shape, complete with emerging oval layouts and support infrastructure — critical for validating Cybercab, refreshed Semi, and next-gen vehicle dynamics on-site.
  AI & robotics infrastructure: Cortex 2.0 supercomputing buildout continues (with hundreds of Megapacks already deployed), while grading and foundation work advances on the massive Optimus production hall targeting multi-million unit annual capacity.
