Renault Launches Electrification Kits

France's Renault, which was one of the first to electrify its model range, has teamed up with R-FIT to offer owners of the legendary Renault 4, Renault 5 and Twingo first-generation electrification kits.
The Renault 5 electrification kit will go on sale in September 2023, and the same kit for Twingo will be available later. Sales of a similar package for Renault 4 will begin on February 1 at a price starting from 11,900 euros.
According to the press service of the French manufacturer, such kits allow you to extend the service life of old cars, and thanks to the fully electric installation, they do not produce harmful emissions and are ideal for operation in urban conditions.
