Xpeng chairman He Xiaopeng revealed that the newly launched Xpeng GX has received more than 1,000 blind orders from overseas markets since its debut at the Beijing Auto Show, with the Middle East becoming the first international region to display and open pre-sales for the full-size SUV, according to Y-Auto.
The GX entered the Chinese market on May 20 with eight variants priced between 279,800 yuan (41,400 USD) and 359,800 yuan (53,200 USD). A limited-time promotional price reduced the range to 269,800 yuan (39,900 USD) to 349,800 yuan (51,700 USD).
