Chinese Electric Vehicle Market News reacted to this post about 4 hours agoThe interior of the Leapmotor D99 MPV officially debuted today at the 30th Greater Bay Area International Auto Show. Positioned as a flagship smart vehicle, the D99 introduces an industry-first integrated cockpit-driving central domain controller and is powered by an on-device large language model (LLM) smart cockpit system. The vehicle is scheduled for an official market launch in mid-2026.
Leapmotor offers the D99 in both extended-range and pure electric variants:
EREV Version: Built on an 800V high-voltage platform, it features an 80.3 kWh battery pack providing a WLTC pure electric range of 352 km. It is powered by a 1.5T range extender and dual motors with maximum outputs of 100 kW (134 hp) and 200 kW (268 hp).
EV Version: Upgraded to a 1000V high-voltage platform, this version utilises a 115 kWh battery pack from CATL, achieving a CLTC range of 700 km.
