The company has begun installing fourth-generation superchargers — V4. They deliver current with a voltage of 400-1,000 volts and a power of up to 1.2 megawatts.
Previously, Tesla electric vehicles were charged at a voltage of 400 volts with a maximum power of 250 kilowatts. These figures will be retained in V4 for the S3XY line of models. 500 kilowatts will already be available for Cyebrtruck, and 1.2 megawatts are for Semi trucks.
Recall that most of the new electric vehicles that have been introduced over the past year already operate with a voltage of 800 volts or more.Post is under moderationStream item published successfully. Item will now be visible on your stream.
