The Chery sub-brand has launched a new model on the market.

Jetour Dasheng crossover

The Jetour Dasheng crossover is available with both petrol and hybrid powertrains. The Chinese company Jetour, which is owned by Chery Corporation, has just launched its new Dasheng crossover, rightfully called the "Chinese Lamborghini Urus", on the market.

Indeed, few people can leave indifferent the exterior of the model. Stylish front optics, a huge radiator grille, harmoniously integrated into the front end, a swift look and bold taillights directly indicate a sporty disposition. Strictly speaking, the designers wanted to interest young drivers, and they succeeded. Dimensions: 4590mm long x 1900mm wide x 1685mm high. Wheelbase - 2,720 mm.

The interior, however, turned out not so bright. Here is the real realm of minimalism. In front of the driver is a two-spoke multifunction steering wheel and a virtual dashboard. In the center is a multimedia system that is responsible for the entire functionality of the machine. There are no physical buttons. By the way, Dasheng received various electronic driving assistants, including cruise control and lane change assistance.

The Jetour crossover is available with both petrol and hybrid powertrains. In the first case, a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine will be placed under the hood, delivering 197 horsepower and 290 Nm of torque. The petrol-electric version is dominated by a 1.5-liter turbocharged unit, which works together with a three-speed DHT gearbox in which an electric motor is integrated. The total power is 326 horsepower and 565 Nm of torque. Fuel consumption in this case will not exceed one liter per 100 km.

Now the cheapest Jetour Dasheng can be bought for 99,900 yuan (14,650 US$). In the richest configuration, the price will increase to 131,900 yuan (19,350 US$).
