Developed by Hyundai’s Beijing-based joint venture, Beijing Hyundai, the Elexio EO is built on a new EV platform tailored for China. It features a sleek, aerodynamic design with a drag coefficient of 0.27, flush door handles, and a streamlined silhouette. The SUV measures 4,685 mm in length, 1,850 mm in width, and 1,655 mm in height, with a 2,750 mm wheelbase, positioning it as a competitor to models like the BYD Song PLUS EV and Tesla Model Y. The Elexio EO offers two powertrain options: a single-motor variant with 160 kW (215 hp) and a dual-motor AWD version with 320 kW (429 hp), combining 160 kW front and rear motors. Battery options include 60.14 kWh and 80.18 kWh packs, delivering ranges of 550 km and 722 km (CLTC), respectively.
